The Devastated Lands is a burning hell. Fire-scorched zone and lakes of lava dominate the surface here. Dangerous monsters inhabit this land which includes Skeletons and Emberwulfs. The Devastated lands are for the more advanced player due to their difficulty. However, underneath the fiery landscape lies lush forests which has its own dangers, you might encounter ancient dinosaurs, and the Slothian race if you explore the lush Underground fo the Devastated Lands!

It seems like, that the top of the Zone inhabits deadly creatures like an Emberwulf or a Skeleton where the caves seem to inhabit tropical creatures like Cave Rexes and Slothians

It reminds me of the movie "Journey to The Center Of The Earth (2008)". Even the OST is similar to the movie's score. This has to be one of my favorite biomes so far!

@Kubsz Ya, I heard theres lots of Plantlife Underground in this Zone. Also Tor'Balyn seems to be Nether Like as well. Im to excited for this Game!

Just fyi, the Slothians are confirmed to live in the underground jungle of Zone 4 (and they build homes, so they'll probably be more intelligent), as well as the concept art pages showing prehistoric animals like the raptor, Dimetrodon, Prehistoric Chicken, and Macaque

Actually glad they're deciding not to put anything past zones 1-3 into the game on release. It's sad that we wont get all that content until later, but it does mean we'll get the game much earlier which is a well worth it trade off
