Zone 5 and has yet to be revealed, so not much is known except for speculation. The only other Zone to be unannounced is Zone 6. The title of this page will be updated once the name of this Zone is known. Until then, all you will find here is speculation.

In the World Zones Research concept art, you can see dark clouds with lightning. This tells us that a thunderstorm could cover the area. It could also hint towards Zone 5 being in the air above Zone 1 to 4.
But this is unlikely due to caves of Zone 5 also covered in the Thunderstorm above Zone 5. This was obviously done to obscure the caves of Zone 5, but due to this "in the air" theory is from the table. Or is it? It could also just show lights in the place of caves because it better fits in this picture.
It is also commonly thought that Zone 5 will be the Zone to represent the Lightning Element, as a result of the electricity and the fact that lightning is the only of the main 5 elements not represented in another zone.
A new speculation following the release of the RiotX Arcane Epilogue, unleashed by Riot games in November 20 2021, is that These two zones are going to be known as the poisenlands and the skylands. In 4:16, there is a brief moment were the weather edited is open, and in the far left corner, you can see the words poisonlands and skylands, hinting to their properties. These may not be there official names as Borea is known as snowlands and the Emerald g\Grove as grasslands, but it still gives information of what they may be like.

I like those think these zones are the Elements Zone 1: Earth Zone 2: Air Zone 3: Water Zone 4: Fire Maybe Zone 5 could be Electricity and Zone 6 Corruption?
That's been a pretty common theory about zones for awhile, and it lines up really well with what we know about Orbis. Zones 1 to 4 have covered most of the realistic biomes, so other than "Lightning" I don't have an idea for what Zone 5 might be.
I also agree with this theory...and I've had it ever since they released the elements research concept screenshot. I personally believe this to be true, even if we don't have any extremely sound evidence.
Also, the Corruption is also known as the Void element. I believe this is where the dragon fight that occurs at the end of the Hytale trailer will take place (if you choose to fight the dragon at all, of course).
