The Demonic Axe is a melee weapon, and one of the few items we know the stats of.
The Demonic Axe is a 1-Handed Axe, and it is currently the most powerful known weapon in the game. It is the only item of Legendary rarity to be revealed, as of yet. It is also the only item to have a description: "Once belonged to a demon soul reaper."
It has two unique abilities:
- Consume the soul of your slain enemies, increasing your damage for a limited time.
- Some of the damage you deal is reflected back at you.

Its probably a really slow but with a lot of damage. maybe it would be a slash with it that makes a splash damage

This is genuinely one of my favorite weapons, just the whole look of it is super cool, its probably gonna be my main weapon once i can get it after the game comes out

It's gonna be weird looking back on this item when the game releases. With the amount of changes they said combat has gone through, I doubt the item stats/info UI are going to stay the same. It'll be a relic of the pre-launch content. At least, that's my bet.
(and who knows, they did just say that they've taken many aspects of already-revealed systems and rethought/overhauled them. Who knows how much of what's shown will be remembered as a pre-launch relic)
