This Spellbook is found on Skeleton Wizards in Zone 1. It fires a small, slow-moving, green projectile that is unaffected by gravity. It has a cast time of 1.5 seconds. They were seen in action in the November 2019 Hytale Graphics Update Blog Post.

I'm not sure if a magic item really belongs in the ranged weapon category. I think that a magic category makes more sense, if anyone wants to make one.
Maybe you can be a magic caster?
