Ranged Weapons

Ranged weapons are non-magical weapons that can be used in combat to deal damage from a distance. They come in several general varieties, such as bows, throwing spears, and bombs.

Bows are a type of weapon used to make ranged attacks against enemies. They have been seen repeatedly since their first reveal in the game's announcement trailer. They appear to come in multiple varieties like other weapons, such as wood and thorium.

Bows appear to require arrows and a quiver to use.

Crossbows are not well understood, having been seen only briefly doing the trailer.

Throwing spears are different from other ranged weapons, in that they can be used as both a melee and ranged weapon. When thrown, they have been shown to stick into targets, and may stick into other things as well.

Bombs appear to be throwable, and have been shown to be used by Goblins. It is unknown if they can be used by the player, or if it will cause damage to surrounding items and blocks.
